Realtime:
Realtime reporting allows the attorney to connect to the court reporter’s laptop. Using CaseCatalyst, the transcript can be read back, word searched, highlighted or marked creating an instant rough transcript at the end of the proceedings. Please let our office know if this service will be needed at the time of scheduling.

E-transcripts:
An E-Transcript file is a completely self-contained, interactive transcript that clients will appreciate and request. Once the court reporter imports an ASCII into the E-Transcript software, the final E-Transcript file is encrypted, password and virus protected. It can be safely and securely emailed for instant electronic delivery.

Videotaping:
Videotaping will be with state-of-the-art equipment. Heartland Court Reporters can provide Videotope Depositions at your request.

Conference Room:
Heartland Court Reporters’ conference room is located in the heart of downtown Fairbanks close to the Chena River and the Alaska State Courthouse.
