I'm a 1/4 Tlingit born in Haines Alaska and have lived in Anchorage Alaska all my life accept for the two years in school at Seattle Art Institute.
I had my first client when I was 16 while taking classes at King Career Center for communication design. Painting two draft horses in lead enamel on an air-foil for a semi truck was not an easy task for a first time job. Never the less, he loved it, I was paid, and became an instant professional.
I want to offer my future clients the ability to get really good work without having to pay those overhead costs a larger company has to cover. I enjoy dealing with all walks of people who just like getting good service.
My talents consist of all sorts of things.
I love gardening and fishing in the summer. Snowmachining and skiing chasing those winter blues.
I started working for the Alaska Mint in 1993 and fell in love with coin designing. Over 300 different medallions later it was time to do something new. I'll work with just about every medium and I'm up to just about anything as long as you don't want it for free. But it's not unlike me to throw in a few free sketches from time to time. I hope this gives you an idea of what kind of Alaskan I am. Please feel free to email a description of your project and if you are interested in my
services.
Thank you for taking the time to read,
