Greetings from the last frontier! I have lived in Juneau, Alaska since 1998. I currently work for the Alaska State Library. I don't use a psuedonym in my Internet life for three reasons:

• I am passionate about openness and transparency.
• It tends to keep my online postings more polite and fact-checked.
• I firmly believe that a well motivated individual or agency can break any psuedonym.

This web site isn't going to have a lot about my personal life. I plan to use this space to share my profession, my state and perhaps some of my beliefs. It will also hopefully give me a chance to keep my web coding skills from completely rusting away. So, here is what I have to share:

• My Resume - It shows the ten years of my professional life since I started library school at UT Austin.
• Our Photos - I've been married over 14 years, and my spouse and I take pictures now and again.
• Living in Alaska - A page with links for people considering moving to Alaska. If you just want to visit, I suggest the official tourist site.
