12' x 24' Cabin

This cabin is, built by our 3rd year apprentices.  It is 12' x 24', built on full length skids, 2" x 8" framed floor with 3/4" ply sheathing for a sub floor, 1/2" finish floor that's screwed down, 2" x 6" framed walls, trussed roof with 3/4" ply sheathing, 4 thermal pane windows that open and have screens, metal insulated door, bevel siding under the front two windows and on the gable ends, outside is ready to paint or stain, inside is unfinished.

Cost of a cabin is based on materials only, no labor cost are added in.  The cost of the cabin is subject to change depending on the price of materials each year.  Only a few are built each year, so it's first come first served.  All cabins are sold as is.

Cabin sales start in November of each year, so mark your calendar if you would like one.
