Most are the result of collaboration with the business owners and in many cases the owners go on to maintain their sites. Click on the sample pages to visit the sites and check them out. The Denali Dreams Soap Company is an Anchorage business owned and operated by two ladies who make and market soap and beauty products from their home. Their site has a menu bar that appears on each page with the color of the page button corresponding to each page's background color. They have many photos of their product and do a great on-line business with a secure shopping cart. The Dancing Bears is a non-profit organization that promotes traditional dance and music in Alaska. Their site is a "frame" style with a menu bar on the left. There is a page for printing a membership application and when they have dance workshops you can print registration forms to send in. This site is a great location to obtain information about dancing in Anchorage. There are two styles of the Bears' monthly newsletter, one for text only and another for a true copy viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Jens Restaurant is a great little dining spot in Anchorage mid-town. Jens' site has copies of the current lunch and dinner menus as well as their extensive wine list. There is a page showing the Alaskan artwork that adorns the main dining room and one with photos with bios' of Jens and the three other chefs. Jens' site also promotes private parties with a page showing their separate dining room and links to special group menus at various pricings. Bowman's Bear Creek Lodge is a rustic getaway in the charming community at the end of the Hope Highway on Alaska's Kenai Penninsula was a frenzy of gold rush activity in 1896. Mermaid Imports is managed by an extremly successful businesswoman who travels all over the world buying items large and small for her store and her booths at fairs. There are beautiful photos of her products, store and her travels. Sunrise Inn is located on Kenai Lake at mile 45 of the Sterling Highway in Cooper Landing, Alaska. Stop in for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner if your traveling on the Kenai Peninsula to or from Anchorage. The inn offers clean, comfortable and affordable motel accommodations for highway travelers and vacationing guests. This site has a menu bar that appears on each page. There are beautiful photos of the area as well as menus from the cafe. Close to Infinity is an Anchorage business owned and operated by two Anchorage businessmen who are marketing a close focusing monocular. Their site has lots of photos or their product, a shopping cart for ordering and a Japanese version of the site. Stevenson Retreat is located in beautiful Cooper Landing, Alaska, on the Upper Kenai River. This two story B & B gives our guests ample privacy for a quiet stay.
